The EUR/USD lost its steam and drifted lower toward 1.2364 after reaching the high of 1.2442. Traders were waiting for the guidance from the ECB on Thursday and the U.S. job report on Friday. The trading activity has been quiet for the remainder of Wednesday and has remained so into the early Thursday trading hours.
The U.S. dollar has been suffering from the steel and aluminum tariff announcement, the resignation of Gary Cohn and a potential retaliation from the EU amid the tariffs. It gained some ground against the major counterparts late Wednesday but not much.
There has been 1 trade opened from my MT4 EA since the last update. It ended up with a loss because of the uncertainty prior to the ECB meeting.
